Rich with aromatic notes of mulling spices and warming gingerbread. Tonka bean adds flavours of cherry, vanilla and cinnamon. Nutmeg and toasted ginger root bring a nutty, earthy tone and maple syrup imparts a subtle, woody sweetness, all backed up by traditional juniper and coriander.

To Serve

For a Perfect Pink G&T combine 50ml of Albury Winter Gin with a dash of Angostura bitters. Top with Indian tonic water. Garnish with orange zest and a cinnamon stick.

Mix a Gingerbread Martini by combining 50ml of Albury Winter Gin, 20ml of dry vermouth and 7.5ml equal measures of amaretto and gingerbread syrup.
